Ruth and Marilyn, the head honchos of Two Artisan Sisters, have a very nice selection of both hats and scarves in an equally nice selection of colors and patterns for shoppers to select from. They even have some matching combination hat & scarf sets. I was impressed on how reasonable their pricing was also.
